What we keep

• Messages and requests for help: your name, email or phone and what you wrote, so we can reply.
• The newsletter and course lessons: your email address and the choices you made, until you leave. Every email has its own link to leave. We note when you press a link in our emails, so we can see what helps and stop writing to those who no longer read. There is no hidden picture telling us who opened an email.
• A member account: your name, email and a locked password that nobody can read.
• Comments, questions and prayer requests: what you wrote. Emails, phone numbers and links are taken out of questions and prayer requests before they are saved.
• Orders: your name, how to reach you, what you bought and the payment code.
• Your internet address: with messages and comments, to stop abuse.

Saved articles, your wholeness check, ticked lessons and text size stay in your own browser and never reach us. Anything in our private care programme is kept locked and is looked after by our care lead: please ask them directly.
